Q:  What's the first thing someone else might notice in your class?

A: The most important thing in my class is that you genuinely enjoy your time. our bodies feel different every day. Some days we feel strong, and some days things don't feel perfect, and that's completely okay. Instead of focusing on doing everything perfectly, I want my menbers to enjoy the simple act of moving their bodies in that moment. Helping people find that joy is the most rewarding part of teaching for me.

Q: What's your favorite pose?

A: My favourite Pilates pose is the Teaser. It looks simple but works the whole body — especially the core and hip flexors. With different levels and variations, it’s always challenging and rewarding.

Q:  What's the first thing someone else might notice in your class?

A: I focus on quality over quantity, encouraging slower, mindful movement. Even at a slower pace, clients feel the intensity, stay engaged, and sweat — all while building strength and better posture with intention.

"I love the holistic approach at 101 Pilates. The classes not only improve my physical fitness but also help me relax and de-stress. It's a perfect blend of body and mind workout."

Highly recommended! Grace was a wonderful and attentive instructor, I like how she tells us the muscle we suppose to feel in each exercise and walk around to fix our posture. After 8 hours of sitting, this class has helped my body stretched. I feel like having a new body after the class!

Grace was amazing ! Very patient and great at explaining the equipment, steps and movement making sure the class felt at ease, moving together and at a great pace. Enjoyed my first time and looking forward to my next class !

Loved the workout. Ellen was so knowledgeable and corrects your form so you are actually working out the targetted area. Would definitely go again 💯

Great class with great feedback. Defo recommend it to anyone who is interested in learning more about pilates!

This has been my favourite class so far!! Grace is an amazing instructor, so friendly, passionate and incorporated so many muscle groups. I felt challenged but felt confident I could do everything as well. Grace was really attentive to everybody as well, repositioning people when needed and explained the positions with detail. The class didn’t feel rushed at all- which I am shocked about because I felt like we went through a lot of positions. Loved this class so much, will be coming back 🌟
