A: I recommend some eggs!
Most of them have some protein and fat, I love eggs and add some salad.

A: My favorite pose “Plank" particularly beneficial. It engages multiple muscle groups, including the core, shoulders, and legs, providing a strong foundation for overall strength and stability.
Q: What's the first thing someone else might notice in your class?
A: clear instructions, provide modifications for different skill levels, and ensure that participants maintain proper form to prevent injury. Additionally, a supportive and positive class environment can greatly enhance the experience.

A: For a post-workout meal, I recommend something that combines protein and carbohydrates to aid recovery and replenish energy.

A: Good posture, breath, and listening to your body. I encourage mindful movement and small adjustments to support comfort and safe alignment.

A: Poke bowls with raw salmon! I also love açaí bowls and yogurt—refreshing, nutritious, and perfect after a workout.

A: To bring all the positive energy into class to love yourself and take care of yourself. We're all here to challenge ourselves and find our own pace. I don't want you to feel pressurized or intimidated, I want you to just be yourself and have fun moving.

A: Miso Eggplant and iced lemon water. We deserve to treat ourselves, and it feels so good to have something fresh and healthy after a workout.

A: Hundreds. Very down to earth & prefect movement to condition the deeper, supporting muscles of your body to improve alignment, balance & coordination.

A: Precision! Performing an exercise with deliberate accuracy is more important than doing lots of repetitions with sloppier form. (fyi I am Libra, If you know what I mean)

A: All the food brings joy to your life is on my recommendation menu. If you can’t choose, go for Pistachio gelato with a waffle cone.

A: My favourite Pilates pose is the Teaser.It looks simple but works the whole body — especially the core and hip flexors. With different levels and variations, it’s always challenging and rewarding.
Q: What's the first thing someone else might notice in your class?
A: I focus on quality over quantity, encouraging slower, mindful movement. Even at a slower pace, clients feel the intensity, stay engaged, and sweat — all while building strength and better posture with intention.

A: I love having eggs, an apple, and carrots —
Light, balanced, and satisfying. But honestly, the best post-workout meal is something you love — that’s real balance.
